Our objective is to provide a stable profitable workers’ compensation market for contractors and other construction related accounts according to these guidelines.  As the goal is to remain financially sound with the very best possible loss record, the Group’s focus is on well managed, safety conscious businesses that are committed to a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.

Any licensed producer can submit an account for consideration. To do so, please submit the following information:

  • Completed WC Acord 130
  • 5 years of currently valued loss runs (within 60 days of effective date)
  • Renewal mod worksheet
  • Detailed description of any claims in excess of $10,000
  • If available, any details on safety protocols for the operation will help expedite the process

Please allow two weeks for an underwriting review to be conducted. However, for large submissions, accounts with some loss history, those with unusual exposures, and, during peak times of the year, (1/1, 4/1, 7/1), plan for a minimum of four weeks.
